Apple Apricot Spring Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. Two 3.52 oz. cups of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Apricot with Apple
  2. 8 rice leaves
  3. 2 Granny Smith apples
  4. 4 apricots
  5. 1 lime
  6. 6 fresh mint leaves

Preparation:

  1. Julienne cut the apples and apricots.
  2. Chop the mint leaves.
  3. Sprinkle in lime juice.
  4. Soak the rice paper sheets in cold water, and drain on paper towels.
  5. Spread the leaves and arrange the fruit preparation in the midst of one of the edges of the rice paper.
  6. Wrap the sheet until it is half tight.
  7. Fold sides over the middle and wrap it back to the end until tight. The spring rolls are ready!
  8. Serve accompanied by a 3.52 oz. cup of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Apricot with Apple.

Classy Mango Brioche Burger

Ingredients:

  1. 3.52 oz. cup of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Mango with Apple
  2. 4 mango halves in syrup
  3. 8 slices of (or 4 individual) brioche buns
  4. 1 vanilla pod
  5. 4 tablespoons praline
  6. 1/8 cup butter
  7. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  8. 4 fresh mint leaves
  9. Sugar pearls

Preparation:

  1. Cut the mango halves into strips.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over low heat and add the mango slices.
  3. Sprinkle powdered sugar and let caramelize.
  4. Cut the vanilla pod in half, draw vanilla seeds and add them to the caramel.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the brioche slices using a cookie cutter into a star shape, then toast them.
  6. Spread Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Mango with Apple on each slice of brioche and arrange a few slices of caramelized mango over top.
  7. Press two brioche slices together, then sprinkle with praline and pearl sugar and garnish with a mint leaf.
  8. Enjoy warm.

Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 3.52 oz. cup of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Blueberry with Apple
  2. 16 Button mushrooms
  3. 10 walnut halves
  4. 2/3 cup of goat cheese
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. Parsley
  8. Olive oil
  9. Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and place it in a dish with goat cheese.
  4. Add one egg, sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, pepper and mix.
  5. Stuff the mushrooms with the preparation and sprinkle with a few kernels of crushed nuts.
  6. Place the mushrooms in a greased dish and bake 25 minutes.
  7. Before serving, put a strip of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Blueberry with Apple on each mushroom.
  8. Enjoy.
