Ingredients (for 4 people):
- Three 3.52 oz. cups Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Mango with Apple
- 1 mango
- 4 biscuits
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/8 cup very fine sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ cup dark chocolate
- Mix the mascarpone with the egg yolks and add the very fine sugar and vanilla.
- Cut the mango into small cubes.
- Melt the chocolate until the texture is smooth.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Apple Mango in each glass.
- Crumble 1 biscuit on top.
- Add a layer of chocolate, some diced mango, and finish with the mascarpone mixture.
- Let stand to cool 30 minutes.
- Finally drop a spoonful of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Mango with Apple on top.
