At Charles & Alice, quality and safety are our first priority. We make every effort to ensure that our product never disappoints in any way, and we maintain state-of-the-art facilities to ensure all our product is produced and packaged to the highest standards.

When and where (store name, street/city) did you buy the affected product?
What is the lot number of the product (please include the “best if used by” date, and all the numbers that appear below it — shown on either the pouch or package)
If you can, please email a picture of the affected product – this could be a big help.
Is it safe to eat your product if the best by date has expired?
For best flavor and color, we recommend consumption of our products by the ‘best if used by’ date on the cups.
How long will a 100% Fruit for All cup be safe to eat without refrigeration?
You can keep the cup out of the fridge 4 to 5 hours without any issue. The taste will always be better when the product is chilled, for example right out of the refrigerator.
Is 100% Fruit for All kosher certified?
Yes, all Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All are kosher certified, and marked with the Ⓤ symbol. If you do not see this on the 100% Fruit for All products yet, we have obtained the certification and updated our artwork so you will see this in-stores soon.
Is 100% Fruit for All gluten free or dairy free?
Yes, 100% Fruit for All is gluten free and dairy free. Also, our production facility is 100% nut free.
Are there any other certifications for 100% Fruit for All?
Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All is natural, non-GMO and Kosher certified with no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or colors.
