Two 3.52 oz. cups of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Raspberry with Apple
½ cup blackberries
½ cup raspberries
1 vanilla pod
1 cinnamon stick
4 star anise
4 teaspoons of honey
Preheat your oven to 340° F.
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
Rinse berries with water. Collect the seeds in the vanilla pod.
Create boats by twisting and tying baking paper with cooking twine (like pictured) and distribute fruit and two 3.52 oz. cups of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Raspberry with Apple inside the “boats”.
Add a teaspoon of honey, vanilla seeds, star anise and a quarter of cinnamon stick in each pouch.
Bake the pouches about 20 minutes, then let cool.
You can enjoy the pouches with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
