Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 3.52 oz. cup of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Blueberry with Apple
  2. 16 Button mushrooms
  3. 10 walnut halves
  4. 2/3 cup of goat cheese
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. Parsley
  8. Olive oil
  9. Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and place it in a dish with goat cheese.
  4. Add one egg, sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, pepper and mix.
  5. Stuff the mushrooms with the preparation and sprinkle with a few kernels of crushed nuts.
  6. Place the mushrooms in a greased dish and bake 25 minutes.
  7. Before serving, put a strip of Charles & Alice 100% Fruit for All Blueberry with Apple on each mushroom.
  8. Enjoy.
